Showroom Manager - TOA Paint (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.

1. Sales & Customer Management

• Develop and drive retail sales to achieve assigned targets

• Manage walk-in customers, project clients, interior designers, contractors, and dealers

• Provide professional product consultation on sanitary ware, faucets, bathroom accessories, and suitable solutions

• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers

2. Showroom Management

• Ensure showroom appearance, display setup, and visual merchandising meet brand standards

• Oversee sales atmosphere and overall customer experience

• Ensure product availability, samples, and sales materials are well prepared

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the showroom

3. Team Management

• Lead and develop the showroom sales team (Sales Consultants / Sales Executives)

• Prepare work schedules, supervise discipline, and conduct performance evaluations

• Provide training on products, selling techniques, and customer service

• Coach the team

4. Inventory & Documentation Control

• Monitor stock levels, product withdrawals, and inventory checks

• Manage warehouse, purchasing, and logistics departments

• Review sales documentation, including quotations, sales orders, and delivery notes

• Supervise cash, transfer, and credit card payments to ensure compliance with company policies

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare sales reports, stock reports, and monthly performance summaries

• Coordinate with marketing, project, and management teams

• Propose strategies to improve sales performance and showroom operations

• Age 30–40 years old

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a showroom or retail store (Experience in sanitary ware, construction materials, furniture, or home improvement products is highly preferred)

• Proven experience in leading a sales team and driving retail sales performance

• Strong understanding of consultative selling

• Proficient in computer usage and retail systems (POS / ERP)

• Strong leadership, professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and service-minded.
