Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Framing and Policy Establishment: Develop and communicate risk management policies throughout the organization.

• Risk Identification & Assessment.

• Meeting participants reported and presented their findings to the meeting and senior management.

• Collaborate with various departments (HR, Legal, IT, Finance) to analyze specific risks (e.g., human resource risk, cybersecurity).

• Conduct a root cause analysis when an adverse event occurs.

• Review contracts and key proposals to assess legal risks.

• Legal management and regulatory compliance.

• Direct experience in Risk Management, such as ERM, Risk Assessment, KRI monitoring, BCP, to support enterprise risk management specially considered

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in risk management.

• Skills will be BCP (Business Continuity Planning)

• Understanding of the business, principles of risk management, and analytical skills.

• Language: Good English.

• Skills: Analysis, evaluation, decision-making, collaboration.
