Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support and optimize COB manufacturing processes, including Die attach, Wire bonding, Glob top, Soldering, Singulation, Inspection, and Packing. สนับสนุนและปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต COB เช่น Die attach, Wire bonding, Glob top, การบัดกรี, การตัดแกชิ้นงาน, การตรวจสอบและการบรรจุ.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial or related engineering field. ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์, เมคคาทรอนิกส์, อุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Experience in Semiconductor, COB, SMT, or Electronics manufacturing process preferred. มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมเซมิคอนดักเตอร์ COB , SMT หรือการผลิตอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
