Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบ Plan การส่งออกจากฝ่ายวางแผน
- จอง (Booking) การส่งออกทางเรือ และทางอากาศ
- จัดทำ เอกสาร Invoice /Packing
- ยืนยัน FCR (Forwarder Cargo Receipt)
- จัดทำ และ จัดส่งเอกสารการส่งออกให้กับ Forwarder
- ยืนยัน(Submit)การส่งออกเข้าระบบของลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลการส่งออก
- ดูแล และติดตามการเรียกเก็บเงิน (ขายตั๋ว) ของลูกค้า
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ได้
- ทักษะในด้านการฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษ
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และ โปรแกรมสำ เร็จรูป MS-Office ได้ระดับดี
