Responsibilities
1. การพัฒนาบุคลากรและการฝึกอบรม (Training & Development)
- วิเคราะห์ความจำเป็นในการฝึกอบรม (Training Need Assessment: TNA) และรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อจัดทำแผนฝึกอบรมประจำปี
- ประสานงานและดำเนินการจัดฝึกอบรมทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กรให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
- จัดทำเอกสารและยื่นรับรองหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมตามหลักเกณฑ์ของกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
- บันทึกและติดตามข้อมูลประวัติการฝึกอบรมของพนักงานให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
2. Digital Learning & HR Innovation
- ออกแบบและพัฒนาเนื้อหาการเรียนรู้ในรูปแบบ E-Learning / Digital Training
- สนับสนุนการนำเทคโนโลยีและเครื่องมือดิจิทัลมาใช้ในการพัฒนาบุคลากรและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของฝ่าย HR
3. HR Performance & Organization Support
- สนับสนุนการปรับปรุงและทบทวน KPIs, Job Description (JD) และ Organization Chart ของหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ
- รวบรวมและติดตามผลการประเมิน KPI ขององค์กรให้เป็นไปตามกรอบระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
4. HR Compliance & Quality System
- จัดทำและควบคุมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดลูกค้า เช่น ISO และมาตรฐานแรงงาน
- สนับสนุนการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการตรวจสอบภายในและภายนอก (Internal / External Audit)
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานด้าน HR เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของบริษัทและลูกค้า
5. Employee Engagement & HR Projects
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตพนักงานและกิจกรรมภายในองค์กร
- มีส่วนร่วมในโครงการพัฒนาบุคลากรและโครงการพิเศษต่าง ๆ ของฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล
Qualifications
- อายุระหว่าง 23 – 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขา การบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ / การจัดการ / จิตวิทยาอุตสาหกรรมและองค์การ / หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HRD / OD / HR Business Partner / HR Development อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel (Data Analysis) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน)
- มี Digital Literacy และสามารถใช้ AI Tools เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานได้
- มีทักษะด้าน / Critical Thinking / Communication / Active Learning /การทำงานเป็นทีม
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก
