รายละเอียดงาน- สรรหาพนักงานทั้งหมด
- คัดกรองใบสมัคร นัดสัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้น และประเมินทักษะความสามารถของผู้สมัครให้ตรงตามคุณสมบัติ
- สรุปผลการสัมภาษณ์ และคัดเลือกพนักงานใหม่ร่วมกับหน่วยงานต้นสังกัด เพื่อดำเนินการว่าจ้างและตกลงเงื่อนไขรายละเอียดการจ้าง
- ลงประกาศและวิเคราะห์สื่อการรับสมัครงานในรูปแบบต่างๆ สื่อออนไลด์และสื่อประเภทอื่นๆ - อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายในส่วนงานที่รับผิดชอบ

Qualifications
- เพศหญิงหรือชาย อายุ 30-45 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านสรรหาบุคลากรไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
- มีความสามารถสรรหาพนักงานตามโครงสร้างบริษัทฯ
- สามารถทำงานใต้สภาวะกดดันได้ดี
- มีความขยัน ซื่อสัตย์ มีความเป็นผู้นำสูง และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน
