Responsibilities
- Lead daily Quality Assurance operations, including Incoming, In-Process, and Outgoing Inspection.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate quality issues using Root Cause Analysis and drive effective Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitor quality KPIs, customer complaints, scrap, and non-conforming products, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain Quality Management System compliance (ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP or applicable standards).
- Coordinate customer audits, internal audits, and supplier quality activities.
- Manage calibration and verification of inspection and measurement equipment.
- Lead, coach, and develop QA Inspectors and Technicians to improve competency and performance.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, NPD, and Supply Chain to improve product quality and process capability.
- Prepare quality reports, trend analysis, and management presentations.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Male or Female, aged between 25–40 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Technology, Polymer Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Plastic Packaging, Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Printing, or Assembly is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, CAPA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, and Statistical Tools.
- Experience handling customer complaints and quality investigations.
- Good leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of ISO, GMP, and Sedex standards will be an advantage
- Immediate availability to start work is a plus
- Working days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
