Responsibilities
- Control the production process to ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
- Supervise operations in both the production process and quality assurance line to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Plan and establish policies and guidelines for quality assurance activities within the production process.
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments regarding quality-related matters.
- Analyze and resolve quality issues found during the production process.
- Review and verify daily data recording documents completed by staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
1. Male or Female, aged between 25–40 years.
2. Bachelor's degree in Polymer , manufacturing engineering , Chemistry , Microbiology , or any related field
3. At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance in the plastic packaging industry.
4. Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing, and listening)
5. Previous experience in quality inspection is required
6. Strong problem-solving skills in quality assurance tasks
7. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Possesses training/coaching skills, leadership qualities, responsibility, and a sense of dedication
9. Knowledge of ISO, GMP, and Sedex standards will be an advantage
10. Immediate availability to start work is a plus
11. Working days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
