Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily Injection production operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP) targets.
- Manage production manpower, machine utilization, and shift performance to meet the production schedule.
- Monitor and improve KPIs including OEE, productivity, scrap, downtime, and labor efficiency.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements while maintaining process stability.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Mold Engineering, and Warehouse to ensure smooth production flow.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions for production issues.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and Kaizen activities.
- Develop team capability through coaching, training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality systems, and company policies.
- Prepare and communicate daily production performance, issues, and recovery plans.
- Work on-site 5 days/week.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Male / female, age 30-45 years
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Injection Molding manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Injection Molding processes, production planning, quality systems, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience in KPI management, OEE improvement, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Continuous Improvement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and lead shift operations effectively.
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
- Work on-site 5 days/week.
