Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and sustain Blow Molding processes to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP).
- Analyze process issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to reduce scrap, downtime, andcycle time.
- Establish, validate, and maintain standard machine parameters and process documentation.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase OEE and manufacturing efficiency.
- Support new product introduction (NPI), mold trials, process validation, and production ramp-up.
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Mold Engineering, and Project teams to resolve technical issues.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Monitor process performance through data analysis and recommend sustainable improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Work on-site 5 days/week.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Blow Molding or plastic manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of Blow Molding technology, plastic materials, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with process validation, DOE, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis is an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- **Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
- Work on-site 5 days/week.
