Responsibilities

  • Contact, welcome, coordinate, clarify, and facilitate, as well as respond to inquiries and issues related to the juristic person for co-owners/tenants and visitors.
  • Promote correct understanding and maintain good relationships, as well as build a good reputation and image, which will lead to support and cooperation from internal and external personnel.
  • Publicize and announce various information to foster good understanding between the project/building management and co-owners/tenants and visitors.
  • Answer phone calls / organize the bulletin board.
  • Handle postal work and various document deliveries.
  • Type and prepare documents as assigned.
  • File documents related to public relations in accordance with quality control systems.
  • Receive and record repair issues reported by co-owners or tenants for building administrators, technicians, or relevant departments to address.
  • Survey, collect, and listen to feedback, and handle complaints from co-owners/tenants and visitors.
  • Receive requests for services from co-owners/tenants and visitors.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent in Hotel and Tourism or related field.

Experience:
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role is preferred.

Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, copiers).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service orientation and a pleasant demeanor.
Personal Attributes:
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English spoken communication (additional languages are a plus).
