Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations during assigned shift.
- Support GSOs with check-in/out and guest requests.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and handle urgent guest issues.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and training to team members.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Front Office operations.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English communication
