1. Receive parcels, mail, and deliveries from postal and courier services with care and accuracy

2. Log incoming packages into the building’s delivery management system

3. Verify recipient details and ensure all items are properly labeled and stored

4. Safely store deliveries in the designated mailroom or parcel area in an organized manner

5. Coordinate with the concierge or front desk to notify residents of incoming packages

6. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parcel storage area, and report any damage or irregularities

7. Provide in-room delivery service upon resident request, ensuring professionalism and discretion

8. Assist with lifting or transporting larger items such as groceries, documents, or online orders

9. Coordinate with external vendors or movers for scheduled deliveries, installations, or move-ins

10. Safeguard resident property and maintain confidentiality during all delivery activities

11. Report suspicious packages or security concerns immediately to the Residence Manager

12. Uphold a courteous, polished, and service-oriented demeanour at all times

• High school or vocational diploma.
• Energetic, well-mannered, and polite.
• Basic English communication.
• Good knowledge of local routes and services.
