งานประชุมและนิติบุคคลฯ (Focus):
-ให้คำแนะนำ ให้คำปรึกษา การเตรียมการประชุมใหญ่สามัญ (AGM) และวิสามัญ (EGM) ให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย

-ร่างและปรับปรุงระเบียบข้อบังคับการพักอาศัยให้สอดคล้องกับ พ.ร.บ. อาคารชุดเข้าร่วมประชุมกรรมการ ประชุมใหญ่สามัญเจ้าของร่วม -ประชุมใหญ่วิสามัญ ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด

-ติดต่อกรมที่ดิน สำนักงานเขต หรือหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์
