• ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการตรวจสอบเอกสารใบสำคัญรับ-จ่าย
• จัดทำและปิดงบการเงินของนิติบุคคลฯ รวมถึงบันทึกข้อมูลในโปรแกรมบัญชี และนำเสนอผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีการเงินเพื่อตรวจสอบก่อนนำเสนอผู้ว่าจ้าง
• ตรวจสอบบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารและบริหารเงินฝากประจำของนิติบุคคลฯ เพื่อให้ได้รับประโยชน์สูงสุด
• ตรวจสอบระยะเวลาเงินฝากประจำ และแจ้งคณะกรรมการล่วงหน้าก่อนครบกำหนด พร้อมทั้งจัดหาและนำเสนออัตราดอกเบี้ยที่ให้ผลตอบแทนดีที่สุด
• จัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการเปิดโครงการใหม่ รวมถึงการตั้งค่าระบบงานบัญชีในโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป และจัดเตรียมแบบฟอร์มใบแจ้งหนี้และใบเสร็จรับเงินสำหรับโครงการใหม่
• ตรวจสอบสรุปภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย เพื่อดำเนินการสั่งจ่ายเช็คกรมสรรพากร

• สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีความสามารถในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ช่างสังเกต มีไหวพริบ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และมีระเบียบวินัยในการทำงาน
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีในธุรกิจนิติบุคคลอาคารชุด หรือคอนโดมิเนียม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
