• ดูแลกระบวนการสรรหาบุคลากรสำหรับสายธุรกิจที่ได้รับมอบหมายแบบครบวงจร ตั้งแต่การรับความต้องการจากผู้จัดการสายงานจนถึงการตอบรับและเริ่มงานของผู้สมัคร
• สรรหาผู้สมัครผ่านช่องทางที่หลากหลาย รวมถึงการประกาศรับสมัครและการค้นหาเชิงรุก
• ดำเนินการคัดกรอง สัมภาษณ์ และนำเสนอผู้สมัครที่เหมาะสมพร้อมเหตุผลประกอบ
• ประสานงานกับผู้จัดการโครงการจากหลายหน่วยงานที่มีความต้องการบุคลากรแตกต่างกัน
• สร้างและบริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูลผู้สมัครสำรองสำหรับตำแหน่งที่มีการเปิดรับบ่อยครั้ง
• อื่นๆตามได้รับมอบหมาย 

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์, รัฐศาสตร์, จิตวิทยา, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ตรงด้านงานสรรหา 2 ปีขึ้นไป และมีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการหลายตำแหน่งพร้อมกัน
• สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ด้วยตนเองอย่างครบวงจร โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องมีการกำกับดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิด
• มีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการงานภายใต้กรอบเวลาที่กำหนดได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• หากมีประสบการณ์การสรรหาบุคลากรในธุรกิจที่มีพนักงานหลายสาขา หรือเคยสรรหาสายงานช่างและสายงานเทคนิค จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
