Responsibilities
ภาพรวมของตำแหน่ง
รับผิดชอบในการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า และออกแบบ Solution ด้าน Workflow & Automation รวมถึง IT Infrastructure เพื่อสนับสนุนงานขาย พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอ Demo, Proof of Concept (POC) และจัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิค เพื่อให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจและนำไปใช้งานได้จริง

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายในการนำเสนอสินค้าและบริการ พร้อม Demo และ Proof of Concept (POC) ในกลุ่ม Workflow & Automation และ IT Solution ต่าง ๆ ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า และออกแบบ Solution IT (ทั้ง Hardware และ Software) ให้เหมาะสมกับลักษณะธุรกิจและการใช้งาน
- อธิบายแนวทาง Solution และการทำงานของระบบให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจได้อย่างชัดเจน
- จัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิค เช่น Statement of Work (SOW), Terms of Reference (TOR), และเอกสาร POC
- จัดทำ Solution Design และ Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- สนับสนุนทีมขายในด้านข้อมูลเชิงเทคนิค และช่วยผลักดันโครงการให้ปิดการขายได้
- ถ่ายทอดความรู้และจัดอบรมสินค้า/โซลูชันให้กับทีมงานภายในสาขา
- ประสานงานร่วมกับทีมการตลาดในการจัดกิจกรรม Event / Workshop / Product Training
Qualifications
- ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี สาขา Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT, System, Developer หรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 1–3 ปี
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน Workflow & Automation (เช่น Flow system, Process, RPA, Low-code/No-code จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความเข้าใจด้าน IT Infrastructure เช่น Network, Hardware, System และ Cloud เบื้องต้น
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า และออกแบบรวมถึงอธิบาย Solution IT (ทั้ง Hardware และ Software) ได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอ สามารถอธิบายเรื่องทางเทคนิคให้เข้าใจได้ง่าย
- สามารถจัดทำเอกสารเชิงเทคนิค เช่น SOW, BOQ หรือเอกสารโครงการได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับเบื้องต้น (อ่าน/เขียนเอกสาร และสื่อสารทั่วไป)
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว และสามารถเดินทางปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ เช่น กรุงเทพฯ, ชัยนาท, สิงห์บุรี, อ่างทอง, สุพรรณบุรี, ลพบุรี, สระบุรี, นครนายก และพื้นที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
