Responsibilities
เป้าหมายของตำแหน่ง :
รับผิดชอบการนำเสนอและจำหน่ายบริการด้าน IT Solutions และบริการของบริษัท เพื่อสร้างยอดขาย ดูแลความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า และขยายโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ให้กับองค์กร
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ :
- ดูแลและบริหารยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด
- วางแผนการเข้าพบลูกค้าเพื่อนำเสนอสินค้าและบริการด้าน IT Solutions
- ศึกษาความต้องการของลูกค้า วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และนำเสนอโซลูชันที่เหมาะสม
- ติดตามงานขาย ประสานงาน และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคา เอกสารการขาย และติดตามการปิดการขาย
- ศึกษาผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการด้าน IT รวมถึงแนวโน้มเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ อยู่เสมอ
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานภายใน เช่น Product, Solution และฝ่ายบริการ เพื่อส่งมอบงานให้ลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดขายและผลการดำเนินงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications
- ปวส.- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขาย 1-3 ปี ด้าน IT Sales, Software, Hardware, Network , Project หรือ IT Solutions
- มีความเข้าใจด้านเทคโนโลยีและบริการ IT
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว และใบอนุญาตขับขี่
- มีทักษะการขาย การเจรจาต่อรอง และการสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีใจรักงานบริการและสามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าได้ดี
- มีความกระตือรือร้น ชอบความท้าทาย และทำงานภายใต้เป้าหมายได้
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแก้ไขสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มี Growth Mindset และพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกและมีความมุ่งมั่นในการทำยอดขาย
