Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)
- สนับสนุนทางเทคนิค: ให้ความช่วยเหลือด้าน System Testing, Installation และ Configuration สำหรับ Production Printing(PP)
- วิเคราะห์แก้ไขปัญหา: ตรวจสอบและแยกแยะปัญหา (Problem Isolation) ทั้งด้าน Hardware, Software และ Network สำหรับ Production Printing(PP)
- ประสานงานพันธมิตร: ร่วมมือกับทีมภายในและผู้ขาย (Supplier) เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- พัฒนาองค์ความรู้: อัปเดตข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ จัดทำสื่อการสอน และร่วมพัฒนาทักษะทางเทคนิคให้แก่ทีมบริการ
- รักษามาตรฐาน: ควบคุมคุณภาพการบริการให้เป็นไปตามข้อตกลง (SLA) มาตรฐาน ISO และความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)
- วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี สาขาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์: 1- 3 ปี ด้านงานสนับสนุนการบริการลูกค้า
- ทักษะด้านระบบ: มีพื้นฐานความรู้และเข้าใจระบบ Hardware, Software และระบบ Network เป็นอย่างดี
- การแก้ไขปัญหา: มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ
- คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล: มีใจรักงานบริการ สื่อสารประสานงานได้ดี และมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ของงาน
- หากมีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับเครื่องพิมพ์มัลติฟังก์ชัน (Multifunction Printer) หรือ เครื่องพิมพ์อุตสาหกรรม (Production Printing) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
