Responsibilities
ภาพรวมของตำแหน่ง
รับผิดชอบในการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า และออกแบบ Solution ด้าน Workflow & Automation รวมถึง IT Infrastructure เพื่อสนับสนุนงานขาย พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอ Demo, Proof of Concept (POC) และจัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิค เพื่อให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจและนำไปใช้งานได้จริง

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- จัดการงาน ของสมาชิกในทีมให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจของบริษัท ฯ
- ทำงานร่วมกับพนักงานขาย นำเสนอ สินค้า, บริการ รวมถึง Demo, Proof Of Concept (POC) ในกลุ่ม Workflow & Automation, Cloud & IT Infrastracture, Cybersecurity, Hybrid Workplace ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า โดยสื่อสารทั้งภาษาไทย และภาษาอังกฤษ
- สนับสนุนสมาชิกในทีม จัดทำไฟล์และเอกสารทางด้านเทคนิค, เอกสาร Statement of Work (SOW) , Terms of Reference (TOR), เอกสาร Proof Of Concept (POC)
- สนับสนุนสมาชิกในทีม จัดทำไฟล์และเอกสาร ออกแบบ Solution ตาม Statement of Work (SOW) และจัดทำ Bill Of Quantities (BOQ)
- สนับสนุนสมาชิกในทีม จัดฝึกอบรม ให้ความรู้ หรือ Update เกี่ยวกับ สินค้า, บริการ ให้บุคลากรในสาขาชลบุรี
- สนับสนุนและทำงานร่วมกับแผนกการตลาด ในการจัดกิจกรรมทางการตลาด, การจัดอีเว้นท์, การจัดอบรมสินค้า
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT, System, Developer หรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 5-7 ปี
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน Workflow & Automation (เช่น Flow system, Process, RPA, Low-code/No-code จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความเข้าใจด้าน IT Infrastructure เช่น Network, Hardware, System และ Cloud เบื้องต้น
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า และออกแบบรวมถึงอธิบาย Solution IT (ทั้ง Hardware และ Software) ได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอ สามารถอธิบายเรื่องทางเทคนิคให้เข้าใจได้ง่าย
- สามารถจัดทำเอกสารเชิงเทคนิค เช่น SOW, BOQ หรือเอกสารโครงการได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับเบื้องต้น (อ่าน/เขียนเอกสาร และสื่อสารทั่วไป)
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว และสามารถเดินทางปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้
- สามารถเดินทางทำงาน เป็นครั้งคราว ใน กรุงเทพฯ ฉะเชิงเทรา และ จังหวัดอื่น ๆ
