Responsibilities
- พัฒนาและบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าในกลุ่มธุรกิจสิ่งพิมพ์
- ศึกษาธุรกิจ กระบวนการผลิต และความต้องการของลูกค้า เพื่อวิเคราะห์โอกาสทางธุรกิจ
- นำเสนอเครื่องพิมพ์และโซลูชันที่ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต ลดต้นทุน และเพิ่มศักยภาพในการแข่งขัน
- จัดทำ Business Case และวิเคราะห์มูลค่าทางธุรกิจของการลงทุนร่วมกับลูกค้า
- บริหาร Sales Pipeline และติดตามโอกาสการขายผ่านระบบ CRM
- ประสานงานกับทีม Presales, Service และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อส่งมอบโซลูชันที่เหมาะสมแก่ลูกค้า
- บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขายและเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจที่ได้รับมอบหมา
Qualifications
