Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการตลาดและจัดทำประมาณการยอดขาย
- นำเสนอสินค้าและบริการแก่ลูกค้า, สาธิตการใช้งาน, และปิดการขาย
- ดูแลและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าทั้งก่อนและหลังการขาย เพื่อขยายฐานลูกค้า
- ประสานงานการส่งมอบ, การติดตั้ง, และบริการหลังการขาย
- จัดทำรายงานการขายและบันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้าในระบบ CRM
- แก้ไขปัญหาและให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายหรือการตลาด 2-5 ปี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอที่ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง และการประสานงาน
- มีใจรักงานบริการลูกค้าและงานขาย
- สามารถวางแผนและบริหารงานได้ดี
