หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ แสวงหาและพัฒนาโอกาสทางธุรกิจจากลูกค้าใหม่ สำหรับโซลูชันด้าน AI ให้คำปรึกษาเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้าน AI พร้อมวิเคราะห์ความต้องการและปัญหาทางธุรกิจของลูกค้า ออกแบบโซลูชันด้าน AI เช่น AI Solutions Design, Generative AI, Machine Learning และ Data Platform ให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า ประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการ ทั้งในด้านเทคนิค งบประมาณ ระยะเวลา และความเหมาะสมในการนำไปใช้งาน จัดทำและนำเสนอ Proposal, Quotation, Presentation และ Solution Concept ให้แก่ลูกค้า ประสานงานกับทีม Presales และทีมเทคนิค เพื่อออกแบบและส่งมอบโซลูชันให้เป็นไปตามขอบเขตและระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ช่วยเหลือลูกค้าในระหว่างการทดสอบแนวคิดหรือโซลูชัน เช่น Proof of Concept หรือ Pilot Project สนับสนุนและติดตามการใช้งาน AI Solutions ของลูกค้า เพื่อให้สามารถนำโซลูชันไปใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ศึกษาและติดตามเทคโนโลยี ผลิตภัณฑ์ และแนวปฏิบัติใหม่ ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Governance และ Responsible AI อย่างต่อเนื่อง

Therefore, Ricoh Thailand is the only true national distribution company for a broad range of Office Automation products such as copier, facsimile, printer and digital duplicator (priport).
