• ให้บริการตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาระบบเครือข่ายของลูกค้า ทั้ง Remote Support และ On-site Support

• ติดตั้ง ตั้งค่า และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย เช่น Router, Switch, Firewall และ Wireless Access Point
• ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาการเชื่อมต่อระบบเครือข่าย LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi และ VPN เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
• รับแจ้งปัญหา ติดตามสถานะ และดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาระบบเครือข่ายให้เป็นไปตามข้อตกลงระดับการให้บริการ (SLA)
• ประสานงานกับทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้ให้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ต (ISP) และ Vendor เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่ซับซ้อน
• จัดทำรายงานการแก้ไขปัญหาและบันทึกข้อมูลการให้บริการ รวมถึงให้คำแนะนำด้านการใช้งานระบบเครือข่ายแก่ลูกค้า

• สถานที่ทำงาน :  ประจำหน้างานเป็นหลัก : คลอง 6 ธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี

• อายุ  25 -35  ปี 
• ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง 
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Network Support, Network Infrastructure หรือการดูแลระบบเครือข่าย 
• มีมีความรู้ด้าน TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, Routing, Switching และ VPN

• สามารถติดตั้ง ตั้งค่า และแก้ไขปัญหาอุปกรณ์ Network เช่น Router, Switch, Firewall และ Access Point ได้

• มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและตรวจสอบสาเหตุของปัญหาระบบเครือข่าย (Network Troubleshooting)

• หากมีใบรับรอง CCNA, CCNP หรือ Fortinet Certification จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ ไปตามหน้างานในพื้นที่ต่างๆได้
• มีรถมอเตอร์ไซต์ หรือ รถยนต์ส่วนตัว พร้อมใบขับขี่
• สถานที่ทำงาน :  ประจำหน้างานเป็นหลัก : คลอง 6 ธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี
