• นำเสนอและสาธิตผลิตภัณฑ์หรือโซลูชั่นทางเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้ากลุ่มเป้าหมาย
• ทำความเข้าใจความต้องการทางธุรกิจและเทคนิคของลูกค้าเพื่อออกแบบโซลูชั่นที่เหมาะสม
• จัดเตรียมข้อมูลทางเทคนิคและเอกสารประกอบการนำเสนอสำหรับทีมขาย
• ประสานงานกับทีมขายและทีมเทคนิคในการพัฒนาข้อเสนอทางเทคนิคและใบเสนอราคา
• ให้คำปรึกษาและตอบคำถามทางเทคนิคจากลูกค้าในระหว่างกระบวนการขาย
• สนับสนุนทีมขายในการบรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขายผ่านความเชี่ยวชาญด้านผลิตภัณฑ์

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Pre-sales หรือ Technical Sales Support 3-5 ปี
• มีความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์หรือโซลูชั่นด้านไอที เช่น ระบบเครือข่าย, Cloud, หรือ Software
• ทักษะการนำเสนอและการสื่อสารทางเทคนิคที่ชัดเจนและมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและออกแบบโซลูชั่นตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
• ทักษะการทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายและทีมเทคนิคเป็นอย่างดี
• สามารถเดินทางปฎิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้ มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
