Responsibilities
• ควบคุมดูแล ระบบปรับอากาศ, การระบายอากาศ การป้องกันและระงับอัคคีภัย ระบบ Gas Station ระบบสถานีไฟฟ้าย่อย หม้อแปลงไฟฟ้า ตัวเก็บประจุไฟฟ้า สวิทซ์ตัดต่อสายป้อนไฟฟ้าแรงสูง เครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า ปลั๊ก Busway สวิตช์ถ่ายโอนอัตโนมัติ ระบบสัญญาณเตือนไฟไหม้ ระบบเสียง แผงแพทช์โทรศัพท์ บันไดเลื่อนและลิฟต์ ให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
• ควบคุมและตรวจสอบผู้รับจ้างในการปฎิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามสัญญาบริการ
• ตรวจสอบและควบคุมและ operate การใช้งานระบบและอุปกรณ์ทุกวัน ให้ดำเนินการไปอย่างปกติ มีประสิทธิภาพ
• ตรวจสอบและซ่อมแซมระบบไฟฟ้าและเครื่องกลและปรับอากาศภายในอาคาร/ศูนย์การค้าและพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง
• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าเครื่องมือในการใช้งาน มีพร้อม เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดในการปฏิบัติงาน
• บันทึกข้อมูลสาธารณูปโภครายวัน เพื่อใช้ในการตรวจสอบหากมีความผิดปกติในค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้น
• ดูแลและปฎิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับการประหยัดพลังงานและการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดข้อกำหนด
• ตรวจสอบและควบคุมสต็อคของเครื่องมือและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ ให้มีเพียงพอต่อการใช้ปฏิบัติงาน และไม่มาก
• ตรวจสอบและปฎิบัติงานระบบบำรุงรักษาฯ เชิงป้องกันรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ รายเดือนและรายปี ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส.ขึ้นไป สาขาไฟฟ้ากำลัง เครื่องกล หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านช่างอาคาร อาคารขนาดใหญ่หรือศูนย์การค้า อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานฝ้า งานปูน งานเชื่อม
- มีประสบการณ์การขึ้นนั่งร้านระดับ 2-3 ชั้น
- มีใบรับรองและบัตรประจำตัวอบรมหลักสูตรวิชาชีพ สาขา ช่างไฟฟ้าภายในอาคาร
- มีความรับผิดชอบ และทำงานเป็นทีมได้
