Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the building
- Handle visitor registration and access card exchange for clients/guests entering the building
- Verify identification documents before issuing visitor passes
- Provide information and assistance to visitors
- Maintain a professional relationship with customer
- Provide proactive assistance to clients by approaching them immediately to offer support
- Work on other tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Working 6 days per week: workdays and days off are based on a shift schedule. (2 shifts: 09:30–18:00 and 13:00–22:00)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Receptionist, or Front Desk roles (preferred)
- Pleasant personality with strong service mindset
- Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in shifts and 6 days per week
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team
