Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution & Customer Engagement: Strong ability to drive store revenue through proactive selling and customer engagement, including:
Achieving assigned sales targets consistently
Applying negotiation and persuasive selling skills
Building client relationships and maintaining high service standards
Executing in-store campaigns and promotional activities accurately
2. Store Operations & Reporting Discipline: Building client relationships and maintaining high service standards
Maintaining operational and presentation standards
Conducting regular stock checks and inventory control
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports accurately and on time
3. Employee & Community Engagement: Strong coordination and problem-solving capability, including:
The Volunteer Supporter: Act as the primary point of contact for new recruits, helping the volunteer understand The GALLERY’s culture and operational workflows i.e., operation tasks, workshop and community survey etc.
Knowledge Sharing: Provide practical guidance on program tasks, digital tools, and community engagement standards.
Caring of Culture: Model the values of the Volunteer Mentor, ensuring a positive and professional environment for all participants.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate relations, business development, Sale and Marketing roles, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong sales closing, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Service-minded, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and flexible with working hours
- Strong coordination and teamwork capability
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
