Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขแบบงานวิศวกรรมของผู้รับเหมา ผู้เช่า และโครงการต่าง ๆ
- ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติแบบงานระบบ (MEP) ที่ผู้เช่าหรือลูกค้าส่งเข้ามาขออนุมัติให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของอาคาร
- จัดทำขอบเขตงาน (TOR) รายละเอียดทางเทคนิค และ BOQ สำหรับงานซ่อมแซม ปรับปรุง และบำรุงรักษาอาคาร
- ควบคุม ดูแล และตรวจสอบการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน คุณภาพ และความปลอดภัย
- ดูแลและบำรุงรักษาระบบอาคาร เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบสุขาภิบาล ระบบระบายน้ำ ระบบเครื่องกล และระบบประกอบอาคารอื่น ๆ
- จัดทำและแก้ไขแบบวิศวกรรมโดยใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD
- จัดทำรายงานและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานวิศวกรรมและงานซ่อมบำรุง
Qualifications
- สามารถจัดทำ TOR, BOQ และกำหนดขอบเขตงานได้ด้วยตนเอง
- มีความรู้ด้านงานระบบอาคาร (ไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล สุขาภิบาล และระบบระบายน้ำ)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD ได้
- ผ่านงานระบบอาคาร วิศวกรรมอาคารอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ และทำงานเป็นกะได้
- มีความสามารถพื้นฐานงานก่อสร้าง ฉาบปูน ซ่อมสี ซ่อมฝ้า
- มีใบรับรองช่างไฟฟ้าภายในอาคาร ระดับ 1 หรือใบรับรองที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมอาคาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
