Responsibilities
1. ความปลอดภัยของบุคคลภายนอก (Public Safety)
• ควบคุมผู้เช่าและผู้รับเหมา: คุมเข้มการต่อเติมร้านค้า (Fit-out) และงานซ่อมบำรุงไม่ให้กระทบผู้มาใช้บริการ
• ป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในพื้นที่กลาง: ดูแลจุดเสี่ยง เช่น บันไดเลื่อน พื้นเปียกลื่น และงานระบบวิศวกรรมอาคาร
2. การจัดการภาวะฉุกเฉิน (Emergency Management)
• ซ้อมแผนอพยพคนจำนวนมาก: เตรียมพร้อมรับมืออัคคีภัย สภาพอากาศรุนแรง หรือเหตุความไม่สงบในพื้นที่ปิด
• ระบบป้องกันภัยต้องพร้อม 100%: ตรวจสอบระบบดับเพลิง สัญญาณเตือนภัย และเส้นทางหนีไฟไม่ให้มีสิ่งกีดขวาง
3. การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและมาตรฐาน (Compliance)
• กฎหมายอาคารและสิ่งแวดล้อม: ควบคุมการบำบัดน้ำเสีย การจัดการขยะ และการตรวจความปลอดภัยอาคารประจำปี
• เอกสารและใบอนุญาต: จัดทำรายงานความปลอดภัยทางกฎหมายให้ครบถ้วนเพื่อรองรับการตรวจจากหน่วยงานรัฐ
4. การสื่อสารและสร้างจิตสำนึก (Safety Culture)
• สื่อสารกับคนหลายกลุ่ม: ต้องประสานงานทั้งแม่บ้าน รปภ. ช่างอาคาร ร้านค้าเช่า และผู้บริหารให้เข้าใจตรงกัน
• บาลานซ์ความปลอดภัยกับภาพลักษณ์: บังคับใช้กฎความปลอดภัยโดยไม่กระทบความสะดวกสบายและการบริการลูกค้า
Qualifications
1. คุณสมบัติตามกฎหมาย (Legal Requirement)
• วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี สาขาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย (หรือสาขาอื่นที่ผ่านการอบรม/ขึ้นทะเบียน จป.วิชาชีพ ถูกต้องตาม
กฎหมาย)
2. ประสบการณ์ทำงาน (Experience)
• ประสบการณ์ตรง: 1–3 ปีขึ้นไป ในงาน จป.วิชาชีพ (หากมีประสบการณ์จากธุรกิจศูนย์การค้า อาคารสูง โรงแรม หรือ อสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
3. ใบอนุญาตและใบรับรอง (Certifications)
• ขึ้นทะเบียน จป.: มีใบขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานระดับวิชาชีพกับกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน
• ใบเซอร์เพิ่มเติม : ผ่านการอบรมด้านการดับเพลิงขั้นก้าวหน้า, การซ้อมอพยพหนีไฟ, หรือระบบมาตรฐาน ISO
4. ทักษะและความสามารถเฉพาะตัว (Specific Skills)
• เวลาทำงาน: สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน / สัปดาห์ได้ และ สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ หรือปฏิบัติงานเวลากลางคืนได้
