Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee fixed asset accounting, including asset capitalization, transfers, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliation.
- Ensure fixed asset transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Fixed Asset Acquisition (Ready-made Asset)
- Fixed Asset Acquisition (Project Transaction)
- Project Accrual, Project Cash Advance
- Monitor capital expenditure (CAPEX) and project costs, ensuring proper cost allocation and capitalization.
- Review project budgets, expenditures, and financial progress to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform fixed asset verification and coordinate periodic physical asset counts.
- Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and resolving audit queries.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 5-10 years’ experience in accounting field.
• Experience in using SAP is preferable
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills.
• Good understanding in Assets Accounting basis.
• Good understanding in withholding tax and VAT regulations.
