Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing calendars aligned with property strategy and brand direction.
- Deliver integrated campaigns, events, and activations that increase traffic, revenue, and customer engagement.
- Ensure seamless customer experiences across online and offline touchpoints.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign ROI.
- Build strong partnerships with tenants to drive campaign participation, sales, and tenant satisfaction.
- Develop collaborative marketing initiatives that support tenant growth, renewal, and media revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in marketing, experiential marketing, or brand management.
- Experience in retail, shopping mall, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial real estate is preferred.
- Proven success in delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive traffic, revenue, and customer engagement.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.
