Responsibilities
- Lead organization design and organizational effectiveness initiatives to improve structure, role clarity, and workforce productivity.
- Partner with business leaders to review organizational structures, operating models, and workforce planning aligned with business strategy.
- Conduct job evaluation, role assessment, and organizational analysis to ensure internal consistency and organizational effectiveness.
- Analyze workforce metrics, organization costs, span of control, and productivity indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain organization frameworks, career pathways, competency models, and organizational governance standards.
- Lead succession planning and talent review processes to strengthen leadership pipeline and critical role readiness.
- Design and implement leadership development, capability development, and learning initiatives that support organizational growth.
- Drive enterprise performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent calibration, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Lead HR process improvement and digital transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Develop executive reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support strategic workforce decisions.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to drive organization transformation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Organization Development, Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management, HR Transformation, or related HR functions.
- Proven experience in organization design, workforce planning, job evaluation, and organizational restructuring.
- Strong background in succession planning, leadership development, competency management, and talent review.
- Experience in designing and implementing performance management frameworks.
- Experience leading organizational change, HR transformation, or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce analytics, HR metrics, and organizational reporting.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in medium to large organizations.
