Responsibilities
- บริหารและปิดการขายพื้นที่เช่ารูปแบบ Open Plan (OP), Kiosk, Grab & Go, Light Food และ Pop-up (สัญญาเช่า 3 เดือน–3 ปี)
- สรรหา เจรจา และปิดการขายกับผู้เช่าทั้ง Local Brand และ International Brand ในกลุ่ม Food และ Non-Food
- มุ่งเน้นการนำเสนอและปิดการขายร้านค้าประเภท Light Food และ Beverage เช่น Bakery, Yogurt, Ice Cream, Healthy Snack, ซาลาเปา และร้านค้าขนาดเล็กอื่น ๆ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสนับสนุนการเปิดร้านและส่งมอบพื้นที่เช่าให้เป็นไปตามแผน
- บริหาร Pipeline ผู้เช่าและติดตามโอกาสทางการขาย เพื่อให้สามารถปิดการขายได้อย่างรวดเร็วและบรรลุเป้าหมายรายได้
- ดูแลพื้นที่หลักประจำโครงการ ลาซาล พร้อมสนับสนุนการขายพื้นที่ในทุก Property รวมถึงพื้นที่ Retail ภายในอาคารสำนักงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Leasing หรือ Retail Sales ใน Community Mall, Shopping Mall หรือธุรกิจค้าปลีก อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ขายพื้นที่เช่าหลากหลายรูปแบบ เช่น In-line, Open Plan, Kiosk และพื้นที่เช่าระยะสั้น
- มีผลงานด้านการปิดการขาย โดยเฉพาะร้านค้าขนาดเล็ก จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพื้นฐาน อ่านและเขียนอีเมลธุรกิจได้
- เงินเดือนอยู่ในงบประมาณ ไม่เกิน 60,000 บาท และสามารถปฏิบัติงาน วันจันทร์–เสาร์ (หยุดเสาร์เว้นเสาร์) ได้
