Responsibilities
- สรรหาผู้เช่ารายใหม่สำหรับพื้นที่ OP, Kiosk, Food Court และพื้นที่ค้าปลีกขนาดเล็ก
- ติดต่อและนำเสนอพื้นที่เช่าให้กับผู้ประกอบการเป้าหมาย
- เจรจาเงื่อนไขการเช่าและดำเนินการปิดการขาย
- ดูแลและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับผู้เช่าและคู่ค้าทางธุรกิจ
- ประสานงานกับทีมภายในที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การเปิดร้านเป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด
- ติดตามแนวโน้มตลาดและแบรนด์ใหม่ ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- คัดเลือกผู้เช่าให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละโครงการ
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ในการปล่อยเช่าพื้นที่ค้าปลีกอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีทักษะด้านการขาย การเจรจาต่อรอง และความสามารถในการปิดการขาย
- มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และสามารถสื่อสารได้อย่างมั่นใจ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีความกระตือรือร้น รักงานบริการ และพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่
- หากมีประสบการณ์ดูแลร้านค้าประเภท OP, Kiosk, Food Court หรือ Pop-up Store จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
