Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ครบถ้วนของเอกสารก่อนนำเข้าระบบ (เช่น เลขที่เอกสาร วันที่ ลายเซ็น ตราประทับ แนบไฟล์ครบถ้วน)
- จัดเก็บเอกสารทั้งในรูปแบบ physical file และระบบ digital ตามหมวดหมู่ที่บริษัทกำหนด
- จัดทำและอัปเดต checklist/รายการติดตามสถานะเอกสาร
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานภายในเพื่อขอเอกสารเพิ่มเติม หรือแก้ไขเอกสารที่ไม่ครบถ้วน
- จัดเก็บเอกสารให้สืบค้นง่าย พร้อมสำหรับการตรวจสอบ (audit) หรืออ้างอิงในอนาค
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- กำลังศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 3 -4 คณะนิติศาสตร์
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแพ่ง และ พาณิชย์ กฎหมายแรงงาน และ กฎหมายธุรกิจ รวมถึงเอกสารสัญญา
- มีทักษะการใช้ Microsoft World Excel และ PowerPoint
