Responsibilities

  • Translate corporate digital and brand strategies into localized 12-month integrated marketing plans for individual properties

  • Own and manage property social media channels (Page Admin/Owner)

  • Drive daily content creation and tenant collaborations to build local buzz and community engagement

  • Execute performance marketing campaigns to increase traffic, leads, and conversions

  • Manage property-level marketing budgets and optimize ROI through ongoing performance analysis

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5–8+ years (Property-level role) OR 10+ years (Corporate/Strategic role)

  • Strong background in retail, shopping mall, commercial real estate, or large-scale portfolio marketing
