Responsibilities
- คิดค้นและพัฒนาสูตรผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอางตามความต้องการของลูกค้า เช่น สบู่ เซรั่ม โลชั่น ยาสีฟัน ครีมกันแดด และอื่น ๆ ได้
- คิดค้นสูตรผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ๆ เพื่อลดต้นทุนหรือนำเสนอลูกค้า
- วางแผนงานพัฒนาสูตร ติดต่อประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก
Qualifications
1.วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชา วิทยาศาสตร์เครื่องสำอาง
2.มีประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนาสูตรเครื่องสำอาง (Sunscreen, Household 4-5 ปี ขึ้นไป)
3.สามารถพัฒนาสูตรผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอางได้หลากหลายรูปแบบ
4.มีความรู้เรื่องระบบคุณภาพ และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาสูตรเครื่องสำอาง
5.มีความเข้าใจขั้นตอนการทำงาน เช่น การจัดทำ Stability Test, Sunlight Test, In-use Test เป็นต้น
6.มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์
7.มีความสามารถในการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้า
8.มีความเข้าใจในการทำงานในโรงงานและเอกสารควบคุมคุณภาพ
9.สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับที่ดี
10.มีประสบการณ์ในการคิดค้นสูตรสินค้า Personnel Care จะได้รับการพิจารณาพิเศษ
