Responsibilities
- Perform review machine/ equipment regular check list and understand equipment condition and prepare the action plan as necessary.
- Provide support to Mechanical, Electrical, Buildings and service to the plant to achieve minimum production downtime due to utilities and facilities equipment breakdown.
- Conduct autonomous maintenance (AM) and preventive maintenance (PM) as per master schedule, perform regular review and develop the maintenance procedure plan and task as necessary.
- Summary report and maintenance report
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field)
- At least 3 years’ experience in Production Maintenance or Utilities/ Facilities Operation and Maintenance.
- Well understanding and able to lead TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance)
- Strong people management skill and able to work with others.
- Able to communicate in English (Reading, writing and speaking).
- Quality and safety mindset.
