What you will do

Job Summary

Manage customer service and production planning activities for Personal Care products, covering both Own Brand and OEM business. This role ensures effective demand fulfillment, production planning, inventory control, and customer coordination to achieve delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage production plans for Own Brand and OEM products to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.

Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and R&D teams to align demand requirements with manufacturing capacity.

Monitor customer orders, forecasts, and production status while ensuring order fulfillment and on-time delivery.

Serve as the key contact point for customers regarding order management, delivery schedules, and related service inquiries.

Analyze demand trends, inventory levels, and planning performance to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.

Support new product launches, promotional activities, and customer projects through effective planning and coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Production Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or related functions within a manufacturing environment.

Experience in FMCG, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Consumer Products, or OEM manufacturing is preferred.

Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Based in Samut Prakan and willing to relocate in the future if required by the company.
