1. มีประสบการณ์ Odoo System Administration อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
2. มีความรู้ในระบบฐานข้อมูล PostgreSQL และระบบปฏิบัติการ Linux
3. มีประสบการณ์การพัฒนาด้วยภาษา Python อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
4. มีประสบการณ์การพัฒนาด้วย HTML และ JavaScript อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
5. มีประสบการณ์การพัฒนา Application Interface โดยใช้ API
6. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างโปรแกรมเป็นอย่างดี และสามารถพัฒนาโปรแกรมให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
7. มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และการแก้ไขปัญหา สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี และมีใจบริการข้อง
8. มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก และมีความกระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ สม่ำเสมอ
