Responsibilities
- Responsible for quality control of incoming packaging (cosmetics, soap, food), intermediate products, and finished products. This includes micro-level work on raw materials, products, and the environment, as well as overseeing laboratory work and coordinating with internal and external departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Review and certify the quality control results of packaging and products during the manufacturing process, including finished products and all microbial testing.
- Track, monitor, and summarize non-conformity data.
- Monitor and verify the resolution of quality issues by the production department.
- Collaborate with the production department on projects to resolve product quality problems, such as TQM and self-inspection.
- Prepare and review methodologies for product quality inspection during the process and upon release of finished products.
- Establish and verify that production and quality control standards are up-to-date and accurate.
- Review and certify inspection results and summary reports for reference.
- Prepare and verify CP, CPK, and product weight data weekly and monthly. Analyze the data to propose improvement strategies.
- Prepare various documents related to ISO, such as procedures, work instructions (WI), forms, etc.
- Review and revise purchase requisitions for culture media, microbiology equipment, and chemicals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry/Microbiology/General Science
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management
- Possesses leadership qualities.
- Has analytical and organizational skills.
- Has good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.
- Has knowledge of statistics.
- Has problem-solving knowledge and skills.
- Is meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Has good interpersonal skills.
