Responsibilities
- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for production machinery, utilities, and facility equipment.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve machine reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Plan and control maintenance schedules, manpower, spare parts, and maintenance budgets to support production requirements.
- Manage maintenance improvement projects, machine modifications, and installation of new equipment to improve productivity and performance.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, QA, EHS, and external contractors to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, GMP, ISO, and company maintenance standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, utilities systems, machine troubleshooting, and reliability improvement.
- Experience managing maintenance projects, contractor coordination, spare parts, and maintenance planning.
- Familiarity with TPM, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), PM systems, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to work in Samut Prakan, work alternate Saturdays, and relocate if required by business needs.
