Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

    • Support hiring needs across business units to ensure key positions are filled efficiently and effectively.

    • Utilize optimal recruitment channels (LinkedIn, local job portals, employee referrals, and networking) to source and build a qualified candidate pool.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding

    • Facilitate a seamless onboarding journey for new hires, guiding them through HR processes, tools, and systems.

    • Engage closely with new hires to ensure smooth integration into their roles and alignment with BDP company culture.

  • Employee Engagement

    • Partner with business units to plan, organize, and execute employee engagement programs and workplace activities to drive team morale.

  • HR Reporting & Analytics

    • Maintain and submit accurate, timely monthly HR reports.

    • Prepare ad-hoc analytical reports and presentations as requested by management.

  • Training, Education & Development (TED)

    • Assist in coordinating internal and external training programs and professional development workshops.

    • Track and ensure 100% completion of mandatory compliance and operational trainings within stipulated timelines.

    • Maintain up-to-date, accurate training records and database.

  • Employee Relations & Compliance

    • Support employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, counseling, and misconduct investigations.

    • Advise line managers on best practices regarding employment standards and ensure adherence to local labor laws.

  • General Administration

    • Provide operational and administrative support to the HR department as needed.


Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Academic Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on HR generalist or recruitment experience within an MNC. Experience in a similar industry is highly advantageous.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in written and spoken English.

    • Solid understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
