Responsibilities
- ติดตามทวงถามหนี้กลุ่มงานค้างชำระ 2 งวด สำหรับสินเชื่อรถจักรยานยนต์ และบัญชีที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ให้สำเร็จตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด และรายงานผลการติดตามลงในระบบ Collection system ที่บริษัทกำหนด
- ติดตามและสืบหาข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมในกรณีที่ลูกค้าหลบหนี หรือ หลีกเลี่ยงการชำระเงินตามนัดหมาย
- รับชำระเงินและออกใบเสร็จรับเงินชั่วคราวให้ลูกค้า และนำส่งเงินคืนบริษัทฯ ตามเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด
- รายงานผลการติดตามกรณี ตรวจพบว่ามีการปล่อยสินเชื่อที่ไม่เหมาะสม
- ปฏิบัติตนภายใต้กฎระเบียบ นโยบายเร่งรัดหนี้สิน ที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด
- เป็นผู้รับเรื่องร้องเรียน กรณี ลูกค้าต้องการร้องเรียนการบริการหรือเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- พิจารณานำเสนอส่วนลดค่าปรับให้แก่ลูกค้าที่ร้องขอ ตามความเหมาะสม
- ประสานงานติดตาม รับ/ส่งเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตามคำร้องขอของลูกค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- อนุมัติส่วนลด ตาม Waive Matrix Policy
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา หรือ เทียบเท่า
- วุฒิ ม.6 หรือ ปวช. (กรณีมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานติดตามหนี้ภาคสนาม)
- อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป
- เป็นคนพื้นที่ / ใกล้เคียง หรือ พักอาศัยในพื้นที่
- มีใบอนุญาตขับรถยนต์ สามารถขับขี่รถยนต์ และ รถจักรยานยนต์ ได้
- มีพาหนะส่วนตัว และสามารถนำมาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างเหมาะสม
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ (Over Time)
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานล่วงเวลา วันหยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์ และวันนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
- สามารถเดินทางเพื่อปฏิบัติงานต่างพื้นที หรือ ในพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้
