Responsibilities
- กำกับดูแลและติดตามกระบวนการผลิตประจำวันให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนด
- จัดทำและสรุปรายงานผลการผลิตประจำวัน รวมถึงข้อมูลด้าน Capacity, Downtime, %Yield, KPI, Cost และปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต
- จัดเตรียมและบริหารจัดการวัสดุสนับสนุนการผลิต วัตถุดิบ และบรรจุภัณฑ์ให้เพียงพอต่อกระบวนการผลิตประจำวัน พร้อมทั้งประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการจัดหา
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขและปรับปรุงให้ผู้บริหาร
- ควบคุมและดูแลกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของระบบคุณภาพ
- กำกับดูแลและมอบหมายงานแก่ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้ปฏิบัติงานตามนโยบายและเป้าหมายของบริษัท
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมเคมี, วิศวกรรมอาหาร,วิศวกรรมการผลิต,เคมี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานการผลิตอาหาร 0-10 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในธุรกิจหรืออุตสาหกรรมการผลิตอาหาร จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างยืดหยุ่นตามตารางเวลาที่กำหนด

Responsibilities
