Responsibilities
- ดูแลและติดตั้ง ระบบการสื่อสาร ทั้งหมดรวมถึง E-mail, ระบบ Network และ Internet ทั้งหมด
- แก้ไขปัญหาทางด้านสารสนเทศ ทั้ง Hardware, Software , Operating System แก่บุคคลากรของบริษัทฯ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- แนะนำการใช้งานและดูแลเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ -ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงต่างๆ บนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ของผู้ใช้งาน
- ติดตั้ง ดูแล แก้ปัญหาการใช้งานระบบเครือข่าย LAN ภายในองค์กร
- ติดตั้งโปรแกรมการใช้งานพื้นฐานได้
- Upgrade Software ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ
- ดูและระบบ Backup, Restore และตรวจสอบฐานข้อมูล
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับองค์กรภายนอก (vendor)
- ดูแล บำรุงรักษาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงต่างๆ
- จัดทำข้อมูลการใช้งาน การส่งซ่อม หรือข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่จำเป็นต่อการบริหารงานทางด้าน IT
- ทำงานร่วมกับผู้บังคับบัญชาตรวจสอบและประเมินประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบเครือข่าย, Server, IT Infrastructure
Qualifications
- อายุ 22 ปี ขึ้นไป
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 0-3 ปี ด้าน IT Helpdesk Support หรือ IT Support web
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจทางด้านการแก้ปัญหาการใช้งานเบื้องต้น ด้าน Hardware, Software
- มีใจรักงานบริการ และทำงานเป็นทีมได้

- Siam Modified Starch Co., Ltd. in Pathum Thani – built in 1985
- Siam Quality Starch Co., Ltd. in Chaiyaphum – built in 1993
- Siam Modified Starch Co., Ltd. in Buriram – built in 2015
- All three plants have a combined production capacity of approximately 400,000 tons per year.
