Responsibilities
- ดูแลและสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าโครงการในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ
- นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และโซลูชั่นของบริษัทให้แก่ลูกค้าโครงการอย่างเหมาะสม
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคาและติดตามผลการขายเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานกับทีมภายในเพื่อสนับสนุนการส่งมอบสินค้าและบริการให้ลูกค้า
- สำรวจและรวบรวมข้อมูลตลาด รวมถึงกิจกรรมของคู่แข่งในพื้นที่
- จัดทำรายงานการขายและสถานะโครงการประจำสัปดาห์หรือรายเดือน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า ในสาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายโครงการ 2-5 ปี
- ทักษะการนำเสนอและการสื่อสารเพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
- ความสามารถในการเจรจาต่อรองและการปิดการขาย
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบอนุญาตขับขี่ สามารถเดินทางในพื้นที่ชลบุรีและระยองได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมวัสดุก่อสร้างหรืออสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
