1.วางแผนและผลักดันยอดขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท
2.ควบคุมวินัยและความประพฤติของพนัก PC ในพื้นที่ทีดูแล
3.ตรวจเช็คสต๊อค การจัดเรียง สินค้า ตัวโชว์ สินค้าตัวอย่าง เพื่อส่งเสริมการขาย
4.วิเคราะห์ยอดขาย เทียบกับคู่แข่ง จุดแข็งจุดอ่อน ของคู่แข่ง
5.ติดต่อประสานงาน กับผู้จัดการสาขา ฝ่ายจัดซื้อของห้าง เพื่อแก้ปัญกาพื้นที่ขาย
6.จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดขาย ตามช่วงเวลาต่างๆ และสรุปผลการทำงานและปัญหาต่างๆ ของพนักงาน PC ในพื้นทีี่ดูแล
7.ตรวจสอบรายงานทำงาน ขาดลามาสาย ชั่งโมง OT ส่งให้ฝ่ายบุคคลเพื่อจัดทำงานเงินเดือนให้กับพนักงาน PC

1. 1.ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
2. 2.มีประสบการณ์ทำงานเป็นหัวหน้า/ผู้ดูแล PC อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
3. 3.เข้าใจระบบงาน Modern Trade
4. 4.มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ การสื่อสาร การแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน (Excel/Word/Email)
5. 5.สามารถเดินทางไปตรวจพื้นที่ได้ และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
6. 6.มีความรู้งานขายกลุ่มลูกค้า Modern Trad

We are a manufacturer and a distributor of PVC based products, Plastwood Sheet (PVC Foam Sheet) Greenwood Lath and Decking (Wood Plastic Composite Products) and Poly Timber Door (PVC Door and Frame)

Our Sales and Marketing Department is looking for a Sales representative.
Reporting directly to our Sales Manager, your primary goal will be to achieve sales and profit objectives by developing (visits, mail, telephone or any other methods), maintaining effective working relationships with present and potential customers, providing "value added" services to customers, expanding business within your assigned territory, and tracking market info.
