Responsibilities

Position Summary
  1. To build up business sales prospects.
  2. To sell Tostem Products to new prospective customers and maintain business relationships with the current and new customers.
  3. To introduce new products to the loyal customers and identify new business prospects and sell the new products to the customers.
  4. To promote and specify Tostem Products to the construction business influencers opportunities and generating sales revenue from the current customers. (Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, etc. Growing sales by creating new sales
Functional Role
To ensure achieving the monthly and annual sales targets and the generation of revenue, developing and delivering sales
presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner by:
  1. Following up on sales leads, referrals and making regular sales/col d calls on potential customers.
  2. Assess customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them which may involve providing technical descriptions of products and describing the purposes and potential for which they may be used.
  3. Making presentations to customers.
  4. Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, prepare contracts, and record orders.
  5. Acting to close deals & finalize contracts.
  6. Resolving problems with products and services — with the technical team, Sales Supervisor, and sales Manager or Product Specialists when required.
  7. Working with technical and project management and customer order management teams to ensure delivery and maintenance of service sales quality and other follow-ups.
  8. Establishing long-term, ongoing repeat relationships with loyal and potential customers.
  9. Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job.
  10. Follow-up for collection of payment by assisting accounting division in monitoring debtor list toensure customers pay within the credit period.
  11. Follow-up with customers by being available during handover to technical and project management and customer order
  12. Update the actual order and order forecast on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

2.อายุ 25-35 ปี
3.วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4.ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป และ Build up business sales prospects. To introduce new product to the royal customers and identify new business prosepects and sell the new products to the customers.
5.Skill ความสามารถ Work under pressure, work without supervision, drive, presentation skills and good in English. Competent with computer.
