Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales Execution:
    o Identify and develop new customers, projects, and business opportunities to expand market presence.
    o Drive project business development (BD) and "spec-in" activities to ensure company products are integrated into         customer requirements at an early stage.
    o Lead quotations, negotiations, and closing processes to consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
• Relationship Management:
    o Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
    o Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met, supporting the goal of Total Customer         Satisfaction.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting:
    o Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help define and refine sales strategies.
    o Prepare and present accurate sales data, activity reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Compliance & Organizational Goals:
    o Maintain a high standard of professional conduct and strictly control personal attendance to meet the 99% target.
    o Follow and promote company policies including 3Q6S, RBA, IATF, PDPA, and Quality/Environment/Safety management         systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (Experience in a manufacturing/factory environment is an advantage).
• Skills:
    o Proven ability to handle negotiations and close sales deals effectively.
    o Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and customer behaviour.
    o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building.
    o Knowledge of industry standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or Energy Management is a plus.
